pygame ported to pyS60 for nokia phones.

Pygame on nokia phones with pys60!

Details here:
http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/forum/showthread.php?p=516861

The port is very fresh(by GameDude from Finland), so there's a few incomplete parts, but enough things to have fun with.

Nokia should be congratulated for supporting python on their phones(the most popular phones in the world). Unlike apple, which does not allow python on their iphone.

Expect more pygame soon!

We have succesfully done Python hacking on S60, even rolled out some commercial apps on it ( http://blog.redinnovation.com/2008/09/01/introducing-python-for-series-60-community-edition/ ) . iPhone will be the next stand to stop.

There isn't "Apple does not allow Python on iPhone", since no one has not tried it yet. I am 100% confident that we can have Python based AppStore applications as long as we take care of some security measurements (loaded code falls under OSX kernel signature check, external applications can't inject their own code). Read more about this here:

You can check some Python stuff from our blog: http://blog.redinnovation.com
